These are the companies that process personal data on behalf of Ovnit LTD to run Ovnit. Each processes it only to provide its service to us.

    Fly.io, Inc. (United States)

Hosting: runs the application and stores its database and backups.

Where: Stored in London, United Kingdom. Fly.io can access it from the United States to operate the service.

If data leaves the UK: Fly.io states that it participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension (the UK–US data bridge).

    Resend, Inc. (United States)

Sends the emails brands and Ovnit send, and reports whether they were delivered.

    Where: United States.

If data leaves the UK: UK standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum, in Resend's data processing addendum; Resend is also certified under the UK Extension to the Data Privacy Framework.

    Namecheap, Inc. (United States)

Domain name service for ovnit.co, and forwarding of email sent to our @ovnit.co addresses.

    Where: United States.

If data leaves the UK: Namecheap's data processing addendum, which forms part of its terms of service, uses the EU standard contractual clauses. We have not found a UK addendum in it and are reviewing this.

    Not on this list

Ovnit can connect to a payment provider, to an AI provider and to Amazon’s seller API, but none of these is switched on today, so none of them receives personal data. Before any new company starts processing personal data for us, we add it to this page and tell the brands that use Ovnit, who can object.

A brand can also choose to send its own data elsewhere — to a web address it sets up to receive new registrations, or to an advertising tag it adds to its pages. Those are the brand’s decisions and the brand’s recipients, not our sub-processors.
